鉅亨台北資料中心◆盤勢分析FBI 重啟電郵門調查、OPEC 減產不妙，31 日台股在二大利空衝擊之下開低，隨後一度挫逾百點，所幸台幣升值，道瓊電子期盤中翻紅，油電、鋼鐵、蘋概等類股逆勢撐盤，使得台股跌幅大幅萎縮，成功守穩月線關卡，終場加權指數收在 9290.12 點，下跌 16.8 點或 0.18%，成交額 599.27 億元。 OTC 指數收在 126.3 點，下跌 0.34 點或 0.27%，成交額 138.06 億元。31 日台股日線收紅，留長下影線，月線則連六紅，惟成交量仍低迷，且 MACD 柱狀體轉為負值，技術面稍微轉弱。籌碼方面，三大法人連二日同步賣超，其中外資連四賣，自營商及投信連二賣。由於美總統大選選情變數增多，使得法人操作保守，外資不僅現貨減碼，台指期淨多單雖小增 99 口，但台指選擇權則大增淨空單 1.7 萬餘口至 2.7 萬餘口，顯示其對長多看法稍做修正，預期本周美總統大舉前，在美、日、英將舉行利率會議下，量能恐維持低量，不易攻高，建議保守應對。
